Fargo Theatre Policies & Guidelines

Weapons and firearms of all kinds are not permitted on Fargo Theatre property. Prohibited items include guns, knives, pepper spray, mace, chains, spikes, etc.


At select Fargo Theatre events, all persons entering the facility will walk through a metal detector, be screened with hand-held metal detectors, or have their bags searched for prohibited items.


Guests are not permitted to bring any outside food or beverages into the Fargo Theatre. The Theatre’s concessions stand offers popcorn, candy, and assorted nonalcoholic beverages for purchase.


Alcoholic beverages are sold at select Fargo Theatre events. You must be 21 years of age to purchase alcohol products. Staff will not serve alcohol to anyone who appears intoxicated and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.


Most artists do no permit professional cameras, video or audio recording. Photo and recording policies at live events are at the performer’s discretion and change show to show.


Photography, video, and audio recording are prohibited during film screenings.


The Fargo Theatre welcomes certified service animals and service animals-in-training. Service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. All other animals or pets are prohibited.


Smoking and vaping are not permitted on Fargo Theatre property.
